The rent check tool provides an indicative calculation of the maximum rent price based on the Housing Valuation System (Woningwaarderingsstelsel/WWS) and public government sources. The results are informational and do not constitute legal advice.

3. Legal services

Legal advice services are provided by independent real estate experts and lawyers. HuurrechtHulp.nl facilitates the contact but is not itself a law firm or legal service provider.

4. Liability

HuurrechtHulp.nl is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the rent check tool or the information on this website. The information has been compiled with care, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free.
