How accurate is the calculation?+
The calculation is based on the Housing Valuation System (Woningwaarderingsstelsel/WWS) and public data. The points for floor area, WOZ value and energy label are accurate. The points for kitchen, bathroom and other amenities are estimates — a physical inspection is needed for an exact point count.
What can I do if my rent is too high?+
