The WWS is the points system used to determine the maximum rent price of a property. Points are awarded based on factors such as floor area, WOZ value, energy label, kitchen and bathroom facilities. Since the Affordable Rent Act (Wet betaalbare huur, July 2024), this also applies to mid-range rental homes up to 186 points.
